It is done........finally
our filming and editing is now finally finished, it took alot of hard work and alot of effort to get where we are now. We have put the music over the video and we have added the voice over of Nackeisha. As a group i think we done really well.....ok we had our ups and downs alot but we pulled through as a group and got the work done. I would like to say a big well done to my group because we have worked really hard.

nearly there
We are now half way through the editing and one of the other groups need the people from my group, so I'm left by myself doing all the editing, i didn't mind at first because could just get on with it but then the group wasn't there as regular and it annoyed me, can understand that they were helping another group but your original group comes first. i was slowly getting fed up with it adding credits and making sure that everything is perfect. Mr Weaver suggested that we add a voice over of Nackeisha speaking, and when we plan to do it she is not in so its a bit frustrating, and instead of using a well known song or soundtrack we are using a song written by our own friends which we will play during the film, but we have had no luck getting the actual song yet as we are waiting on the song to reach us, it should be here tomorrow according to our friends.
it has begun.........again
Today we uploaded our footage to the mac computers in the editing room and what a joy it was to finally see it all going on. We decided that we would all share the editing and help each other by suggesting where we put pieces of footage that we have captured. We run into a problem though when we listened back to what we had recorded we discovered that Kye our Camera and Sound Man had forgotten to switch the microphone on. but we have all decided that our track will be playing across the entire 2 minutes and how we will add the Character saying the part and trying to sync the voice and video together.
it is done.........sort of.
WOO HOO!!! we finally finished the filming for our opening sequence and what a relief cos i was getting fed up of just re doing the same scene over and over again. we finished our filming and are happy with our end result. we need to upload it to Final Cut Pro and begin editing which we will start tomorrow, our group can now breath a sigh of relief cos we no longer need to film but, now comes the task of actually putting the film altogether which will take some time and effort and alot of commitment from my group if we want to finally finish.
1 step forward two steps back
we are almost done with our filming now, but we keep changing the storyline of our film. So when we would start filming a scene someone would come up with an idea and then we would have to go back and start the filming again cos what we shot doesn't have any relevance to the actual film, we have actually started filming again and we have decided to no longer keep changing it because we are not getting anything done, and it all needs to be edited and our evaluation still needs to be done, but now we have finally decided on what we are doing and we are not going back to start again. So Kye our camera man said to Miss Gordon that we would have all filming done by wednesday which was only 2 days away. So we really need to work hard for the next 2 days.

It has Begun.....
On the 10th December we begun filming and its looking really good we have shot and office scene with Colombian drug lord Ricardo and another scene with the popular girls in the film. We have shown what we have filmed to our class with Mr Weaver and he has said that there not as good as they could be and suggested that we re-shoot them after Christmas.
So we have planned that every oppertunity we get in Media we are going to try and shoot some scenes but the most difficult scene is going to be the Funeral Scene in Camberwell Green.
